WE FOLLOW OUR USUAL PRACTICE OF RECRUITING, PHONE SCREENING, FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW, REFERENCE CALLS, AND BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR EACH NANNY THAT BECOMES A PART OF SITTER CLUB.
